# Speaking My Mind - The 30 Days Raw Thinking Challenge > [!tldr] 30 Days of Raw Thinking > What happens if I publish my **raw thinking for 30 days**, cutting the usual filters like “Is this perfect?” or “What will others think of me?” > > This is a small experiment mixing: > - raw thinking > - artistic exploration > - AI-supported synthesis > - curiosity about my own mind > > Let’s see what happens. If you want to follow along, watch my Instagram stories on <https://www.instagram.com/nuramon78> --- ![[30 Day Challenge - Visual.png|800]] ## Why? I have observed something in myself and others: getting our best ideas out there is often massively hampered by our inner critical voices. I became curious about what would happen if I committed to an experiment that minimized these self-critical mechanisms. I also wanted to explore the interaction between my own raw thinking and AI. And I’m curious about the differences in thinking between German and English. So I’m running this experiment mostly because it feels right. I’m extremely curious where this will lead, and I have no idea what I’m getting myself into ;-) ## The Rules of the Game For the next **30 days** I will run one daily thinking session. If I feel the need to skip a day, I will simply continue the next day until I have completed a total of 30 sessions. ### The thinking prompt Every session starts with the same question: - **What do you want to think about today?** (on odd dates) - **Worüber möchtest Du heute nachdenken?** (on even dates) ### The process 1. I record an **audio reflection** answering the prompt. This may take **one minute or one hour** — it simply runs until I run out of steam (or time). 2. The **audio file is published**. 3. The transcript is uploaded to **NotebookLM**. 4. NotebookLM generates standardized outputs that will also be published (alternating language) - the specific prompts used can be found at the end 1. One text, based on that day’s reflection (blog post style) – **Focus:** targeted insights / core idea 2. One audio podcast, based on the overall content of all days – **Focus:** patterns and emerging big-picture thinking 3. One infographic, based on a specific question I will identify each day – **Focus:** extract data / core ideas 4. One Midjourney prompt to create a visual for that day’s content – **Focus:** capture the core metaphor 5. Sometimes I’ll play around and create additional material 5. After the first days, I added on output by Claude - “the original thinking extractor”, designed to find the gems in the original output that the other output formats might miss **Role of AI:** - AI is **not involved in the thinking process**. - AI is only used to **summarize and structure the results** and **make publication easier**. ## How to Follow - Daily updates: Stories on <https://www.instagram.com/nuramon78> and <https://linktr.ee/Weltgestalter> - Summary updates on: - <https://www.linkedin.com/in/prittwitzschloegl> - <https://www.instagram.com/weltgestalter?igsh=bWJraGxmM3k4Y3ox> - <https://www.found-blog.de/blog/> - The actual NotebookLM used: [30 Day Challenge - NotebookLM](https://notebooklm.google.com/notebook/f7c8d284-a2d7-4a9b-8b3d-50e45f693a05) --- ## Experiment Index This page acts as the **map of content** for the challenge. | Day | Audio | Original Thinking Extractor | Blog Post (Material from this day only) | Podcast (Drawing from material from all challenge days) | Infographic (Material from this day only) | Midjourney | Additional Material | | ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Day 1: [[2026-03-12]] | [Recorder - German](https://recorder.google.com/559c4a32-5dc2-4b38-8960-da2e4bbb7913) | [[Day 1 - Original Thinking Extractor]] | [[Day 01 - Wie Sprache die Architektur unseres Denkens formt]] | [Warum Englisch den inneren Kritiker ausschaltet - Podcast Day 01 - German](https://notebooklm.google.com/notebook/f7c8d284-a2d7-4a9b-8b3d-50e45f693a05?artifactId=902a1e9e-82ae-4a23-a043-9c3249004fdd) | [Der Sprach-Switch als Denkwerkzeug - Infographic Day 01 - German](https://notebooklm.google.com/notebook/f7c8d284-a2d7-4a9b-8b3d-50e45f693a05?artifactId=d94ed670-8fe5-4373-aa71-e5b21c8c02ff) | [[Day 01 - Visual.png]] | [Summary Video - Day 01](https://notebooklm.google.com/notebook/f7c8d284-a2d7-4a9b-8b3d-50e45f693a05?artifactId=09c16494-f5d0-4ced-8672-0cfbc7cc9c18) | | Day 2: [[2026-03-13]] | [Recorder - English](https://recorder.google.com/b22aedc9-8f37-4acd-af68-1bd1b17e0dee) | [[Day 2 - Original Thinking Extractor]] | [[Day 02 - The Relevance Trap. Requirements for the headline: It should capture the most interesting or surprising idea from this reflection. It should be clear and specific. It should feel like the title of a thoughtful blog article. It should contain no more than 12 words. Return only the headline and nothing else. Output language: English #### 1.2 One Midjourney prompt to create a visual for that day’s content – Focus: capture the core metaphor Generate one Midjourney image prompt based on the ideas found in the sources. OUTPUT LANGUAGE: English Purpose: Create a visual metaphor that captures the core idea or emotional essence of today’s reflection. Instructions: Identify the strongest concept, metaphor, or mental image that represents the core idea of the reflection. Translate this idea into a vivid visual scene that could serve as an illustration for the blog post. The prompt should describe a single clear visual moment and should focus on imagery rather than abstract explanation. In order to ensure variation in style, make a decisive and surprising style decision that is likely to produce an image dissimilar to other images created with this exact same prompt. To facilitate this, look at the words number 145, 267, and 419 in the source and associate widely around style implications of these random prompt. Include the result in the midjourney prompt. Structure the prompt using the following elements in this order: 1. Main subject or action 2. Environment or setting 3. Mood or emotional tone 4. Visual style or artistic medium (based on the word association exercise done before) 5. Lighting or color atmosphere Keep the prompt concise and descriptive. Avoid long explanations or conceptual language. Structure example of a strong Midjourney prompt: “A lone lighthouse keeper walking along a stormy cliff at sunrise, vast ocean waves crashing below, atmosphere of determination and solitude, cinematic realism, dramatic golden morning light breaking through dark clouds” Output rules: Write one single Midjourney prompt following the structure above. Return only the Midjourney prompt and nothing else. ### 2. All Sources Steps #### 2.1. Generating post from all material Write a blog post between 500 and 1000 words based on the following headline. HEADLINE: **Radikale Naivität: Warum der Glaube an das Gute unser wichtigster Anker bleibt** Instructions: The headline defines the core idea of the article and comes from todays reflection. The article must primarily develop the idea expressed in this headline. You may use ideas from other sources in the notebook to enrich the article, but the central argument must come from todays reflection. Avoid repeating ideas that have already been covered in earlier posts. Focus on one clear idea and explore it thoughtfully. Writing style: Reflective and thoughtful Intellectually curious Clear and accessible Written as a blog article for curious thinkers Suggested structure: An engaging opening that introduces the idea A clear exploration of the core insight Connections or implications of the idea A short reflective conclusion Output language: German #### 2.2. One audio podcast, based on the overall content of all days – Focus: patterns, emerging big-picture thinking Create an audio podcast script based on the sources in this notebook. Make it intersting both for people joining the challenge right now, but also for people who have followed the challenge and might have listened to podcasts from previous rounds. We are currently on Day 08 (last transcript starts with “So jetzt sind wir bei Tag 8. Und die Frage ist wo möchte ich nach? Denken? Was mich gerade sehr beschäftigt ist. Dass wir? Gesellschaftlich als Menschheit. Aber auch natürlich wie alle individuell. Schon einer sehr sehr außergewöhnlichen Situationen sind. So gefühlt? Werden die Krisen immer mehr? Die Kriege immer mehr. Die gefühlt die einschläge kommen näher. Gleichzeitig haben wir. Über Wissenschaft und Technologie am KI und zwar so gefühlt so viele Ressourcen und Zugang zu wissen.” of the challenge. OUTPUT LANGUAGE: English Purpose of the podcast: Identify patterns, recurring themes, and emerging big picture ideas across the reflections in this notebook. Instructions: The podcast should focus on synthesizing ideas rather than summarizing individual reflections. Look for connections between different days. Highlight patterns, tensions, contradictions, or recurring questions that appear across the reflections. Use the reflections as source material for a thoughtful conversation about the evolving thinking process. Structure of the podcast: Opening Briefly introduce the experiment and what this episode explores. Main discussion Explore the most interesting emerging patterns or ideas across the reflections. Explain how different reflections connect to each other. Identify surprising insights or unresolved questions. Closing Summarize the most interesting emerging themes and suggest what might be worth exploring next. Tone and style: Sound like an intelligent and curious conversation. Be reflective rather than overly polished. Focus on ideas, patterns, and intellectual exploration rather than storytelling about specific days. #### 2.3 One infographic, based on a specific question I will identify each day – Focus: extract data / core ideas Create an infographic based on the sources in this notebook. OUTPUT LANGUAGE: German FOCUS QUESTION: **Radikale Naivität: Warum der Glaube an das Gute unser wichtigster Anker bleibt** Purpose of the infographic: Extract and visualize the key ideas, patterns, or insights related to the focus question. Instructions: Use the reflections as source material to identify the most important ideas connected to the focus question. Select a small number of clear concepts and organize them visually so that a reader can quickly understand the structure of the idea. Prefer clarity and structure over decoration. Possible visual structures include: Concept map Step by step process Comparison of ideas Framework or model Relationship between key concepts Design principles: Keep the number of elements limited and clear. Highlight the most important ideas. Use short phrases instead of long sentences. Make the relationships between ideas easy to understand. The infographic should communicate the core idea visually so that someone can grasp the insight in a few seconds. ### 3. Claude AI Step: Original Thinking Extractor You are analyzing a raw thinking transcript from a 30-day experiment in unfiltered reflection. Your task is to identify and extract the most original thinking - the ideas that are genuinely surprising, unresolved, or unlikely to survive conventional AI summarization. Your output has three parts: 1. Original Moments (3-5 entries) Each entry contains: - A direct quote from the transcript, minimally cleaned for readability (fix speech-to-text errors only, preserve the speaker’s exact words and uncertainty markers) - One sentence explaining what makes this moment distinctive - e.g. unexpected domain collision, productive contradiction, unresolved tension, counterintuitive insight 2. What the AI will probably miss Two or three sentences naming the thinking that is most at risk of being flattened or lost in a conventional AI summary. 3. One thought worth developing further A single sentence naming the most interesting unresolved idea in this transcript. What to actively look for: - Moments of “ich weiß noch nicht” / “I’m not sure yet” - Ideas arriving from an unexpected domain (e.g. novel writing bleeding into brand values) - Self-corrections that reveal something - Thoughts the speaker seems to surprise themselves with - Anything that contradicts the obvious theme What to ignore: - Well-formed arguments that are already clear - Anything that sounds like it could appear in a conventional blog post - Repetition that adds nothing new Return only the three-part report.
